Oh the places you'll go...
Wander was what we named our 2018 graduating IVD showcase.
Partly inspired by "The Wander Society" by Keri Smith, partly inspired by some brainstorming and meditation on the journey this inspiring course has taken us over the past 4 years, it was a simple celebration of both the beginning and the end of our journeys. The final rest stop before we are sent out on our own.
This whole design project, brand and showcase is so special to me, it's hard to even explain. It grew from simple sketches and a nervous, teary eyed presentation to my cohort, to a successful social media campaign, a podcast, badges, pencils, and one of the most unforgettable experiences and learning curves of my life.
I can't help but get giddy when I reflect upon this project, the passion in which it evoked throughout a team of over 20 unique and completely independent design students gave me my first taste and kick that I really needed in this journey.
